Enjoy working out in a bright, clean private studio
One on one private sessions tailored to meet a client's specific needs. After a fitness assessment is complete, a program is designed to meet you where you are and help increase your physical & cardio strength. The goal is to provide a challenging but fun workout that becomes something you look forward to. The studio provide privacy and a comfortable, supportive space to be active.
Small group training classes are designed for 3-8 clients, incorporating both cardio & strength training. Small classes allow for more attention and guidance as well as modifications for those working around an injury or limitation. See Class page for more specific details about the formats offered.
Online sessions from the convenience of your own home
Zoom allows us to train remotely & effectively. This interactive format ensures we maintain good form, movements appropriate for each client and a solid sweat session, no matter where you live. 55 min and 30 min sessions available.
Whether you are at home or on the road, zoom classes allow us to train together remotely, sharing a sense of community from our own space. ThIs option allows you to jump right into your day without the travel time. All you need at home is a mat and set of dumbbells.
Prepay for multiple classes & save
At the beginning of the month, purchase a Class Pack Bundle to enjoy a discounted rate per session. Your bundle is good for any class offered that month so sample the different formats to find your favorite. Classes must be attended within the calendar month; no rolling over to the next month.
