BOXING- circuit training that incorporates sparring with gloves & mitts and traditional boxing movements. No experience necessary but a free 15 min private intro recommended. CARDIO CRUSH- specifically formatted to include longer segments of cardio work incorporating the rower, battleropes, stationary bike, treadmill and/or other cardio driven movements with complimentary strength segments HIIT/BOOTCAMP CIRCUIT- High Intensity Interval Training incorporates cardio and strength training. Balanced stations give you a full body workout. Timed stations lets you hit your pace at each station. TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING- incorporates exercises to hit all major muscles groups. Everyone in class does same movement at same time, adjustable by weights individual uses. SPIN FUSION- combination of cycling segments and strength work for full hour class TRADITIONAL SPIN- 45 min cycling that varies playlists & intensity by changing up the pace and resistance YOGAish- yoga inspired class that allows for relaxation, gentle movement and stretching and encourages mindful awareness of how your body feels and how your thoughts effect you NUTRITION COACHING- individual guidance and group workshops offered to help find a healthy balance with our relationship to food, our bodies & our mood
